Padi Dive Festival 2013 – Shark is the main subject of first lecture

On March 9th, at 2 p.m., takes place the event Padi Dive Festival 2013. It will being with a lecture “Demystifying the monster – diving and shark photo identification”, and it is confirmed to happen.

The event, which will be taught by diver and underwater photographer, Rachel Rose, will talk about some aspects of biology and species conservation, with emphasis on photo identification as a less evasive research methodology, and appreciation of diving with sharks to strip the negative myth being placed on those animals.

The lecture will be held in the main auditorium.
