Project Navi – Fernando de Noronha

In Fernando de Noronha, the Project Navi – Natureza Viva, a Brazilian company specialized in nautical tourism created a tourism scientific expedition, which the participant experiences a trial oceanographic expedition.

The first mission of the project was to select a boat with underwater vision technology with optical quality, safety, comfort and compatible with Fernando de Noronha.

The company found a project that was being developed in the former military shipyard in Eastern Europe. “We surprised to see a vessel specially designed to house the largest lens underwater view of the civilian market. The project stems from an idea originally conceived for use in restricted military actions. Its futuristic design is so revolutionary that at first glance resembles a ship of science fiction”.

The owners of the company commented on the project site that despite the Archipelago of Fernando de Noronha is prepared for the tourist activities when it comes to nautical activities aimed at the island environmental education is lacking.

In the program, the visitor follows a lecture on the marine environment and conservation within the hidroship. The lecture is supported by printed material where we develop a scientific language for easy compression.
